- Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) announced it signed a definitive agreement to purchase Trustmark Health Benefits from Trustco Holdings. According to HCSC, acquiring the third-party benefits administrator will bolster its ability to provide customizable, flexible benefit solutions to a broader group of customers. Trustmark Health Benefits will continue to support its existing employer clients and members through the same services once the acquisition is complete.
