  • The Federal Trade Commission is examining Amazon’s deal to purchase One Medical for $3.9 billion. Acquiring One Medical would give Amazon access to over 180 clinics across approximately two dozen new U.S. markets. After Amazon announced the deal in July, several groups urged the FTC to block the merger because it would further expand the company’s massive market power.
