  • White House COVID-19 Response Coordinator Jeffrey D. Zients said that the federal government is buying another 500,000 doses of AstraZeneca PLC’s antibody drug for COVID-19. The order will bring total U.S. supply to 1.2 million doses, to be shipped by the end of March. On Tuesday, the Biden administration announced it purchased an additional 600,000 GlaxoSmithKline antibody treatment courses. (Articles here and here)
