- Health Care Service Corp. (HCSC) announced it plans to expand its Medicare Advantage business into another 150 counties next year. The expansion across Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas will bring the company’s Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug (MAPD) plans to 40 percent more people, reaching a total of 7.5 million people in more than 330 counties across the states it serves.
