- Humana announced it will acquire Inclusa, Inc. – a Wisconsin-based managed care plan that offers long-term care coverage. Inclusa partners with more than 6,000 service providers across about 40 service categories and contracts with the state to provide family care services in all but four of the state’s counties. The acquisition builds on Humana’s efforts to grow its geographic footprint and increase its Medicaid membership. The announcement comes one day after Humana announced that it has completed the divestiture of its majority stake in Kindred at Home’s hospice and personal care divisions. (Press release here)
