Director

Moses supports client engagements by drafting project proposals, developing and executing work plans, conducting research, and collecting and analyzing data from various internal and external sources.

Moses has over eight years of experience working with diverse stakeholders across health care, insurance, public health, and criminal justice systems. Moses began his career in direct service working with individuals who have a history of criminal justice involvement and are living with persistent mental health disorders. He has served as a policy director for large mental health care organizations as well as leader and chair for various legislative and executive branch taskforces, workgroups, and other state projects. Moses is a strong believer in adult learning as a medium for social change, business development, and the success of complex projects. He is experienced in overseeing, crafting, and delivering meaningful professional education opportunities.

Moses holds a master’s in forensic psychology from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s in psychology and criminal justice for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He teaches at the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Denver. 

A few fun facts about Moses…

Moses would go to Taos, New Mexico or Fort Lauderdale, Florida for a weekend getaway. His favorite food is hot sauce. He has been to 41 of the 50 US states…and counting!
