Jordana collaborates closely with the CEO and president to design and implement strategies, practices, and communications plans to ensure operational efficiency and help the firm shape a future system that actualizes a sustainable culture of health nationwide.

Jordana has 20  years of health, communications, and strategic planning experience in the private and public sector. She previously served as the vice president of communications and strategic planning at Leavitt Partners. There, she oversaw media relations and publication distribution strategies, directed corporate communications, and managed projects pertaining to the evolving health care ecosystem and public health. Prior to that she was an analyst in the budget office of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), overseeing the annual appropriations process for the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions and subsequently helping to implement various programs under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). She also directly supported and managed the daily briefing book process for two HHS secretaries.

Jordana received an MPH with an emphasis in management and policy from the University of Arizona and a bachelor’s degree in community health from Brigham Young University.
