Caleb Allen, Manager

Caleb leads project management of client engagement and supports the firm’s client engagements by conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing client deliverables.

Since joining Third Horizon in 2019, he has worked closely with directors and senior directors to develop clear and well-researched analyses, recommendations, and reports to help clients navigate challenges and inform their strategic planning.

Caleb earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations and history from Wheaton College.
