Ashley DeGarmo
Chief Client Officer
Ashley DeGarmo is a health policy consultant with experience in alternative payment model development, strategic advisory, and expertise in behavioral health care. As the Chief Client Officer, Ashley oversees all aspects of client services — forecasting team capacity and resources to ensure optimal project staffing design and execution while supporting the firm’s Managing Directors in meeting client needs efficiently, consistently, and adaptively. She also works closely with the operations and growth teams to align client service strategies with the firm’s overall goals, enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
Ashley’s career started in health benefits, where she consulted for very large employers on health benefit strategies, including accountable care organization development. With a passion for behavioral health care delivery and system change, Ashley earned a master’s degree in social service administration and a health policy and administration certificate from the University of Chicago. She is a licensed social worker in the state of Illinois. Her direct practice experiences in clinical settings inform and guide her work as a consultant.
A few fun facts about Ashley…
Ashley’s first job was as a camp counselor. Her favorite food is grilled cheese. She would go to Minocqua, Wisconsin for a weekend getaway.
