  • A federal judge ordered that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) must reinstate full 340B drug payments for the rest of 2022. Judge Rudolph Contreras’ ruling followed a Supreme Court decision in June that ordered HHS to pay providers for the smaller 340B payments they were given in previous years. Plaintiff trade groups, including the American Hospital Association, applauded the ruling. (Articles here and here)
