- The House today will vote on President Biden’s $1.85 trillion spending package as well as the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill. The House Rules Committee met late Thursday night to advance the final text of the bill that would expand health care, childcare, and other social services and deliver the nation’s biggest investment yet to fight climate change. If the House passes the bipartisan infrastructure bill, it will be sent to Biden’s desk to be signed into law. The spending package will still need to clear the Senate, where revisions are likely.
