- Amazon announced it plans to acquire One Medical in an all-cash deal valued at approximately $3.9 billion including the company’s net debt. Founded in 2007, One Medical has established itself as a tech-integrated and consumer-focused primary care platform. It has expanded from a single clinic in San Francisco to 188 offices in 29 offices, covering 767,000 members.
